We are here to “drop in” at an undisclosed time/day(s) to get a natural feel for how your property, animals, and equipment are managed and maintained. (This service can also be “scheduled” if desired.) Although not required, we highly recommend an initial On-Site Consultation so we can be as thorough as possible when understanding your needs, goals, and expectations of how you would like your ranch to operate.

In the midst of hiring new crew members? Want support and secondary reviews of potential candidates? We can be a part of your hiring committee by interviewing applicants and using our extensive knowledge of the required skills and traits that are necessary in quality help. An on-site consultation is required so we can be familiar with your needs.

Staff management- Need help scheduling, training, and providing structure for your crew? We can offer support by providing schedules, project assignments, and training if needed. We specialize in training for animal care, required equipment maintenance, essential equipment operation, and property maintenance. An on-site consultation is required prior to this service.
